Stunt Class

This is your chance to try flying and increase your skill level! Each class will combine floor drills, stretches and technique work along with actual flying on our bases! Athlete safety comes first, and flying positions are assigned based on readiness, strength, and skill level.

Classes begin Thursday, April 9th, 4:00pm-5:00pm

Tumble Class

Tumble classes specifically for our All Star and Half Year athletes! If your child is on the cusp of a year that could go younger/older please ask a coach or email to ask which class they should be in!

Jumps & Flex

Fundamentals of cheerleading - flexibility, strength and jumps are the core of our sport! This class is designed to increase overall athletism and is a perfect skill builder for the upcoming season!
